The Philadelphia Housing Index eased 0.1%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was up 0.3%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was declining 0.5% to $113,830, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was slightly higher at nearly 4.15%.
