Nebius Group ( NBIS ) shares were up more than 11% after the company said it signed a five-year artificial intelligence infrastructure supply agreement with Meta (META) with a total contract value of up to roughly $27 billion. Meta stock was up more than 3% premarket.

Micron Technology ( MU ) shares were up more than 4% after the company said it has completed the acquisition of Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing's P5 semiconductor site in Miaoli County, Taiwan.

Tower Semiconductor ( TSEM ) and Oriole Networks said they are collaborating on ultra-low, deterministic-latency networking for certain artificial intelligence architectures. Tower Semiconductor ( TSEM ) stock was up more than 5% premarket.
