Apple ( AAPL ) was up 0.7% hours before market open, following a 1.1% gain from Thursday's session.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) rose by 0.6% in pre-bell hours, swinging from a 3.2% drop at Thursday's close.

Adobe Systems (ADBE) declined by 11.7% in premarket activity, after closing Thursday's session with a 0.5% drop. Adobe Systems reported a fiscal Q1 non-GAAP net income of $4.48 per diluted share, up from $3.80 a year earlier.

Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) fell by 6.4% hours before the opening bell, slipping further after a 0.3% decline at Thursday's close. Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) reported Q4 earnings of $8.08 per diluted share, up from $6.68 a year earlier.

MicroStrategy ( MSTR ) was 4% lower pre-bell, declining further after closing Thursday with a 5.1% fall.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing ( TSM ) was down 1.4% premarket, following a 1.8% decline at Thursday's close.
