Kaveri Seeds: Board meeting on September 24 to consider buyback of shares.

Wipro: Wipro has announced its strategic partnership with Germany-based Industrie 4.0 Maturity Center GmbH (I4.0MC). I4.0MC is an integral part of the well-known RWTH Aachen Campus and is headed by functional and technical experts of the manufacturing domain and industrial processes, it said.

Sandhar Technologies: ICRA Limited has reaffirmed the rating of the company with a downward revision in outlook from 'Stable' to 'Negative'. The outlook revision factors in the weak demand prospects for the automotive sector which could result in a moderation in operating performance of Sandhar Technologies over the near term.

Tata Consultancy Services: General Motors and Tata Consultancy Services have launched new partnership in global vehicle engineering. Under the terms of the agreement, TCS will acquire certain assets at the GM Technical Center - India (GMTC-I), in Bengaluru, and will partner with GM, supporting its global vehicle programs with engineering design services over the next 5 years. Piramal Enterprises: The company said the board of directors approved the allotment of 6,900 secured, unrated, unlisted redeemable non-convertible debentures, each having a face value of Rs 10,00,000, on private placement basis.

Aavas Financial: The company raised Rs 345 crore from IFC through NCDs and will use the proceeds to grow its affordable housing finance program in the rural and semi-urban areas of Rajasthan.

Lemon Tree: The company has signed a license agreement for an 80-room hotel in West Bengal. The hotel is expected to be operational by January 2023.
