02:44 PM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Torrid's (CURV) shares sank 38% amid heavy trading after the company said late Tuesday that it priced a secondary stock offering at $3.50 per share.

Intraday trading volume soared to over 6.56 million shares compared with a daily average of about 250,000.

XTI Aerospace ( XTIA ) said late Tuesday that it priced an offering of 9.14 million shares and accompanying warrants at $1.75 per unit for gross proceeds of $16 million. It plans to use the proceeds for working capital and the development of its TriFan 600 aircraft.

Shares plunged 37% as intraday trading volume soared to over 13 million from a daily average volume of about 2.5 million.

Forte Biosciences ( FBRX ) said Wednesday it priced a public offering of about 5.6 million shares at $12 apiece, and pre-funded warrants to buy up to 619,606 shares at $11.999 per warrant.

Shares plunged 26% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 1 million, versus a daily average of about 52,000.
