April 23 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index

opened lower on Thursday, with futures down 0.49%.

* LSEG: London Stock Exchange Group ( LDNXF ) said it expects

annual revenue growth at the upper side of its forecast range.

* SEGRO ( SEGXF ): Warehouse landlord Segro ( SEGXF ) said it signed 23

million pounds ($31.03 million) of new headline rent in the

first quarter.

* ASOS: ASOS said that it has begun seeking refunds

for U.S. tariffs paid during the first half of the year.

* WH SMITH ( WHTPF ): Travel retailer WH Smith ( WHTPF ) suspended its

dividend in a bid to reduce debt and secure its financial

position.

* DOMINO'S PIZZA GROUP: UK's Domino's Pizza Group

said it recorded first-quarter like-for-like sales growth of

4.5%.

* HIKMA: Hikma Pharmaceuticals ( HKMPF ) reiterated its 2026

guidance, adding that, while it has faced some pressure on

shipping, energy, and insurance costs due to the war in the

Middle East, a key market for the firm, it was confident it

could absorb the higher costs.

* BT GROUP: Britain's BT Group is teaming up with

Nscale to build up to 14 megawatts of AI data centre capacity

across three of its sites using Nvidia ( NVDA ) infrastructure,

expanding its sovereign data service to public sector and

business customers.

* BP: UK pension investor Nest plans to oppose re-election of BP

Chair Albert Manifold at the company's AGM on Thursday.

Meanwhile, a lockout at BP's refinery in Whiting, Indiana,

enters its second month.

* INTERTEK ( IKTSF ): Matt Peltz, the son of activist investor Nelson

Peltz, has built a stake in British product testing firm

Intertek ( IKTSF ), the Financial Times reported on Thursday.

* EX-DIVS: Rolls-Royce Holdings, BAE Systems,

Fresnillo, and Legal & General Group ( LGGNF ) will

trade without entitlement to their latest dividend payout on

Thursday.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices extended their gains on Thursday,

while gold fell, and copper slid.
