05:41 AM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. III ( VCXB ) said late Tuesday it received a notice from the NYSE American that it is not compliant with the exchange's listing rules due to its failure to timely file its 2023 annual report on Form 10-K.

The delay was attributed to additional time needed by the company's registered public accounting firm to complete the review of the company's 2023 financial statements, it said.

The company now has a period of six months from the due date of the report to file it.
