4Front Ventures Withdraws Brokered Offering, Appoints New Board Chair

08:58 AM EDT, 07/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- 4Front Ventures ( FFNTF ) , a multi-state cannabis retailer, said on Friday that it withdrew the brokered offering announced on June 26.

The withdrawal follows a review of current market conditions, including recent controversies regarding the federal regulatory outlook.

Further, the company said Robert Hunt has stepped down as board chair. The company has tapped current company director Kris Krane to be the new chair of the board.
