A SPAC III Acquisition Prices $55 Million IPO

09:56 AM EST, 11/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- A SPAC III Acquisition (ASPC) said Friday it priced its initial public offering of 5.5 million units at $10 apiece, totaling $55 million.

Each unit includes one class A ordinary share and one right, with each right granting the holder one-tenth of a class A ordinary share upon completion of the company's initial business combination

The offering underwriters have a 45-day overallotment option to acquire up to 825,000 additional units.

The company expects its shares and rights to start trading on Nasdaq under the "ASPC" and "ASPCR" symbols, respectively.

The offering is expected to close on Nov. 12.
