05:03 PM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AAR (AIR) said late Thursday it has purchased American Distributors Holding, a distributor of components and assemblies, for $146 million in cash.

The deal was financed through AAR's existing revolving credit facility, and American Distributors will operate as part of AAR's parts supply segment, the aviation services company said.
