AAR Completes $51 Million Sale of Landing Gear Overhaul Business

04:39 PM EDT, 04/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AAR (AIR) said late Thursday that it closed on the $51 million sale of its former Landing Gear Overhaul business to privately held GA Telesis.

AAR last year disclosed plans to focus on its core businesses, with proceeds from the Landing Gear divestiture used to accelerate growth and expand margins for its remaining aviation aftermarket services.
