10:10 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Abacus Life ( ABL ) said Tuesday it received a regulatory greenlight from Luxembourg's Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier to acquire investment fund manager Carlisle Management.

The deal is expected to close by Dec. 2, the asset manager said.

Shares of Abacus Life ( ABL ) were up 1.3% in recent Tuesday trading.
