09:37 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AbbVie ( ABBV ) said Wednesday it has closed the acquisition of Aliada Therapeutics.

The company in October agreed to acquire Aliada Therapeutics for $1.40 billion in cash.
