04:38 PM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AbbVie ( ABBV ) said late Thursday it completed acquisition of Landos Biopharma ( LABP ) for $20.42 per share, plus one non-tradable contingent value right per share with a value of up to $11.14 per share, subject to clinical development milestone.

Landos' common stock will cease trading on Nasdaq before the market opens Friday, AbbVie ( ABBV ) said.
