08:54 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Abcourt Mines ( ABMBF ) said Tuesday that gold production at the Sleeping Giant mine in Quebec increased month over month in October.
Production totaled 475 ounces in October, compared to 435 ounces produced in September.
Sales increased to 124 ounces in October from 26 ounces in September.
Abcourt said it continued hiring in October to increase feed tonnage at the mill. The company will continue hiring in the coming weeks to further increase mill feed volume.
"We are continuing to advance development and production underground and at the mill," President and Chief Executive Officer Pascal Hamelin said. "Our priority remains the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees. We went from 76 employees at the end of June to 106 at the end of October plus the addition of contractors to support us."
Abcourt's share price rose 8.3% on Monday to $0.065 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
