03:02 PM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Thursday it has acquired Award Solutions, a company specializing in training and consulting for advanced wireless and network technologies.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

As part of the acquisition, Award Solutions' 29-member team will join the company's technology learning and training service Accenture LearnVantage to enhance telecom-focused training for network leaders and IT professionals, Accenture ( ACN ) said.

Shares of Accenture ( ACN ) were up 1.3% in recent Thursday trading.
