11:08 AM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Friday that it has acquired Boslan, a provider of management services for infrastructure projects, headquartered in Bilbao, Spain.

The acquisition will add more than 1,000 engineering and project management professionals to Accenture ( ACN ), the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
