09:33 AM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire privately held Arns Group, a Luxembourg-based technology services provider.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Arns focuses in managing public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics and analytics, solution implementation and program management, the company said.
