04:08 AM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Thursday it has expanded a longstanding agreement with Unilever to provide artificial intelligence-featured operational efficiencies.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Under the multi-year arrangement, Unilever and Accenture ( ACN ) will come up with cost reductions and operational efficiencies across the business globally.

Under Accenture's ( ACN ) tools and capabilities, "we will be able to analyze where and how AI can have the highest transformation impact and deliver the greatest returns," Unilever Chief Executive Hein Schumacher said in a statement.
