Accenture to Acquire Germany's Staufen

08:56 AM EST, 02/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Friday that it has agreed to acquire Staufen, a management consulting firm based in Germany, and certain Staufen units.

Transaction terms were not disclosed, but the company said the acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions.

Accenture ( ACN ) said the Staufen team will become a part of its supply chain and operations practice following the acquisition.
