10:03 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Acuren ( TIC ) said Monday that the US Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's Form S-4 effective on Friday regarding its proposed merger with NV5 Global ( NVEE ) .

The company said it intends to mail a notice of its meeting of shareholders and other information about the deal around Tuesday.

Acuren ( TIC ) shares were up 2% in recent Monday trading, while NV5 was 0.4% higher.
