Addentax Group Signs Partnership Memorandum With Shenzhen Yingbin Brand Development in China

10:53 AM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Addentax Group ( ATXG ) said Thursday it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a China-wide partnership with Shenzhen Yingbin Brand Development Co.

Financial details of the planned partnerhsip weren't disclosed.

The partnership memorandum is a strategic step forward for both companies, especially in the branded apparel sector, and opens the door for innovations and new business opportunities, Addentax ( ATXG ) said.

Shares of Addentax Group ( ATXG ) fell nearly 5% in recent Thursday trading activity.
