Addus HomeCare Completes Acquisition of Gentiva's Personal Care Operation

05:42 PM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Addus HomeCare ( ADUS ) said Monday it acquired the personal care operation of Gentiva.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Addus said it funded the acquisition through cash on hand and an existing revolving credit facility. The company expects the transaction to boost its financial results, contributing about $280 million in annual revenue.
