08:35 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aditxt ( ADTX ) shares soared 64% in recent Wednesday premarket activity after the company said its merger agreement with Evofem Biosciences was amended to address pre-closing issues.

The revisions include additional interim financing for Evofem and substituting cash for Aditxt's ( ADTX ) common stock as the consideration for Evofem's shares in the merger, Aditxt ( ADTX ) said.

Aditxt ( ADTX ) said the companies are working on closing the transaction by the latter half of the year, but it is still subject to conditions, including Aditxt ( ADTX ) securing enough funding for its obligations at closing.
