02:01 PM EST, 02/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Adlai Nortye ( ANL ) shares rose 23% in Tuesday trading after the company raised $140 million through a private investment in public equity financing.
The company plans to sell 64.6 million Class A ordinary shares, equivalent to 21.5 million American depositary shares, priced at $2.1667 a share, or $6.50 per ADS.
Entities controlled by Chief Executive Officer Yang Lu are set to purchase $55 million of the shares in the offering, Adlai Nortye ( ANL ) said Tuesday in a statement.
The private placement was co-led by Cormorant Asset Management and Columbia Threadneedle Investments, with participation from new and existing investors including Balyasny Asset Management, Point72, Squadron Capital Management and Casdin Capital, according to the statement.
