09:04 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Adobe (ADBE) said Wednesday that it forecasts a record $240.8 billion in US online sales in November to December as the Photoshop and Acrobat maker expects to benefit from major discounts at retailers and strong holiday spending.

Thanksgiving week is expected to generate $40.6 billion in online spending as retailers put up peak discounts, Adobe said.

Adobe also said traffic from generative AI-powered chat bots has doubled this year, and is expected to increase even more during the holiday season.
