ADT Prices First-Priority Senior Notes due 2033

05:32 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ADT (ADT) said late Tuesday a subsidiary has priced a $1 billion offering of 5.875% first-priority senior secured notes due 2033.

Proceeds will be used to help redeem its 6.250% second-priority senior secured notes due 2028, the company said. It expects to close the offering Oct. 15.
