05:13 PM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Adtalem Global Education ( ATGE ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $1.81 per diluted share, up from $1.23 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.37.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $447.7 million, compared with $393.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $429.2 million.

The company said it raised its guidance for fiscal year 2025, now expecting adjusted EPS of $6.10 to $6.30 on revenue of $1.73 billion to $1.76 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $5.89 and revenue of $1.72 billion.

Shares were up about 5% in after-hours activity.
