12:12 PM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Advantage Solutions ( ADV ) said Wednesday it completed the sale of Jun Group, its digital advertising platform, to Verve Group, for about $185 million.

Advantage received about $130 million in cash at close and will receive two additional installments, at 12 months and 18 months, after close.

Advantage intends to use most of the initial proceeds for debt payments and reinvestments.
