09:49 AM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Advantage Solutions ( ADV ) said Monday that it has sold its Strong Analytics unit to data engineering firm OneSix.

Strong Analytics develops custom machine learning software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Advantage Solutions ( ADV ) said it plans to use most of the proceeds from the sale to reinvest in its business and reduce its debt.

Shares of Advantage Solutions ( ADV ) were down 0.5% in recent trading.
