08:50 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AE Fuels ( NRGFF ) appointed Jason Tong as its Chief Financial Officer after the resignation of Jack Cartmel from the position, it said in a statement on Friday.

Tong currently serves in multiple companies in senior financial leadership and advisory roles including the role of founder and CEO of Catapult Consulting.

AE Fuels ( NRGFF ) said Catapult Consulting will provide accounting and financial reporting services to the company.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at C$0.14 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
