The construction of Bellefield 1 created over 700 union jobs, and up to 1,000 union jobs are expected during the peak construction period of Bellefield 2, the company said.
AES ( AES ) expects to recognize earnings from Bellefield 1 in H2, as planned. Construction of Bellefield 2 remains on schedule and is set to be completed in 2026, the company said.
