AES Launching Offering of Fixed-to-Fixed Reset Rate Notes

10:03 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AES ( AES ) said Wednesday it plans to offer fixed-to-fixed reset rate junior subordinated notes in a registered public offering, subject to market conditions.

Net proceeds from the planned offering will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
