08:29 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Labcorp Holdings ( LH ) said Monday it has completed its acquisition of certain assets of OPKO Health's ( OPK ) BioReference Health unit for $237.5 million.

The deal includes the laboratory testing businesses focused on clinical diagnostics and reproductive and women's health in the US, excluding New York and New Jersey. These businesses include certain patient service centers, customer contracts and operating assets, Labcorp ( LH ) said.
