07:11 AM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Africa Oil ( AOIFF ) said Wednesday that it will receive a dividend payment of US$31.6 million from its investee company, Impact Oil & Gas. This dividend will be paid from Jan. 29.

Africa Oi has a 39.5% stake in Impact.

The dividend follows TotalEnergies' cash payment of US$99 million following the November completion of the farm down transaction relating to Blocks 2912 and 2913B, offshore Namibia.
