AG Mortgage Investment Trust Changing Name to TPG Mortgage Investment Trust; Raises Dividend

09:51 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AG Mortgage Investment Trust ( MITT/PA ) said Tuesday that it is changing its name to TPG Mortgage Investment Trust.

The company said it will continue to trade under the "MITT" ticker symbol and the name change will take effect with the NYSE on Dec. 26.

TPG Mortgage Investment Trust also said Tuesday that its board raised its Q4 dividend to $0.23 a share from $0.21, payable Jan. 30 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31.

Price: 8.50, Change: +0.07, Percent Change: +0.83
