AGBA Group Completes Merger With Triller

05:18 PM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AGBA Group Holding ( AGBA ) said late Tuesday it completed its merger with Triller Corp. and changed its name to Triller Group.

The combined group's common stock and warrants will begin trading under the tickers "ILLR" and "ILLRW," respectively, on Nasdaq Capital Market on Oct. 16.

The company said it plans to make a statement on "future leadership, strategy, and objectives" on Oct. 22.
