The company expects to grant a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriters to acquire up to 600,000 additional shares.

Agree Realty ( ADC ) said it expects to use any net proceeds it receives upon the future settlement of certain forward sale agreements it plans to sign in connection with the offering for general corporate purposes.

The company's shares were down 2.1% in after-hours activity.
