12:20 PM EDT, 06/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Air Products and Chemicals ( APD ) will supply 70,000 tons of green hydrogen starting 2030 to TotalEnergies' (TTE) Northern European refineries annually under a 15-year deal, cutting 700,000 tons of annual CO2 emissions, the companies said Friday.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Additionally, the companies signed a memorandum of understanding for renewable power supply from a 150-megawatt solar project in Texas.

TotalEnergies shares were down 1%, while Air Products rose nearly 4% in recent trading.
