02:34 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Airbnb ( ABNB ) said in a regulatory filing Friday that its chief technology officer Aristotle Balogh will step down from his role in December.

Balogh will remain in an advisory, non-executive capacity through at least February 2026 to assist with the transition, the company said.

Shares were up 3.2% in recent trading.
