PARIS, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Airbus delivered 61
jets in August, bringing deliveries by the world's largest
planemaker so far this year to 434 aircraft, industry sources
said on Wednesday.
The figure, fine-tuning preliminary estimates of around 60
reported by Reuters on Monday, marks a 30% increase from August
last year but requires Airbus to reach a record pace in coming
months as it aims to meet a full-year target of around 820 jets.
Airbus could not immediately be reached for comment.
