05:52 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AIRO Group ( AIRO ) said Monday that it closed $69 million initial public offering of shares.

The company said it sold 6.9 million shares at $10 a piece in the IPO, including full exercise by the underwriters of the option to purchase 900,000 shares.

Net proceeds from the offering, along with existing cash, will be used to fund growth initiatives, repay debt and general corporate purposes, according to the company.
