Alamo Completes Acquisition of Petersen Industries

04:55 PM EST, 01/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alamo (ALG) said late Monday it has completed the acquisition of Petersen Industries, which makes specialized truck-mounted grapple loader equipment for municipal and industrial customers.

The deal, first announced in December, expands Alamo Group's ( ALG ) industrial and vegetation management equipment portfolio, it added.
