04:48 PM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust (AD-UN.TO) on Tuesday after trade said it is raising $75 million in an offering of unsecured convertible debentures.

The five-year debentures will be priced at $1,000 each and bear interest at 6.5% per annum. The underwriters have also been granted an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional $11.25 million of debentures.

The offering is expected to close about June 2. Proceeds will be used to partially pay down debt.

The company's shares closed up $0.20 to $18.40 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
