09:00 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alaska Air Group ( ALK ) said Thursday that it has agreed with the US Department of Justice to further extend the review period of its proposed merger with Hawaiian Holdings ( HA ) .

The review period will be extended until 12:01 a.m. ET on Aug. 20, Alaska Air ( ALK ) said in a regulatory filing. It was previously extended to 12:01 a.m. ET on Friday.
