Alaska Air's Hawaiian Airlines Unit Reports Cybersecurity Incident

06:35 AM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alaska Air Group ( ALK ) stated in a regulatory filing on Friday that its Hawaiian Airlines unit had discovered a cybersecurity incident affecting some of its information technology systems.

The company "immediately" took measures to protect Hawaiian's operations and systems, it said in its 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, adding that flights are currently operating "safely" and are on schedule.

Alaska Air ( ALK ) said it has not yet determined if the cybersecurity incident will materially affect its financial figures.
