Albertsons Companies Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Raises Fiscal 2025 Adjusted Earnings Guidance

07:42 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Albertsons Companies ( ACI ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.44 per diluted share, down from $0.51 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.39.

Net sales and other revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 6 were $18.92 billion, up from $18.55 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $18.89 billion.

For fiscal 2025, the company raised its adjusted EPS guidance to $2.06 to $2.19 per share from $2.03 to $2.16.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $2.09 per share.

Shares of the company were up 5.6% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
