Allego Completes Voluntary Delisting of Shares From New York Stock Exchange

10:15 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allego ( ALLG ) said Thursday it had voluntarily delisted its ordinary shares from the New York Stock Exchange following the completion of the tender offer by its majority stockholder Madeleine Charging.

The company said it filed Form 25 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 12 about the delisting of its shares.

Allego ( ALLG ) said Aug. 22 is the last trading day of its shares on the NYSE.
