09:24 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) on Monday reported a settlement in its patent infringement lawsuit against Wakefern and Shelf Nine.

Alpha said it has reached a settlement agreement with Shelf Nine as part of that resolution.

Alpha said it is also negotiating a partnership with Shelf Nine parent Vsblty Groupe Technologies, which will enable Vsblty Groupe to enhance its retail media network by leveraging Alpha's proprietary solutions.
