Alphabet's Google Agrees to Acquire Wiz for $32 Billion

08:37 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet's (GOOG) Google ( GOOG ) said Tuesday it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire New York-based cloud security platform Wiz for $32 billion.

Once the all-cash deal is closed, Wiz will join Google Cloud, the company said.
